Step 3 - Audit & Insights (10 business days)
We review your current strategy, dig into customer and market context, and uncover what’s working and what’s not.
Step 4 - Executive Audit Call
In a 60-minute session, we align with leadership on opportunities, risks, and the growth path forward.
Step 5 - Roadmap Delivery (2–4 weeks total)
You receive a complete 12-month strategic plan with clear objectives, measurable results, and a repeatable cadence for implementation.
